I learned the Great Treasury Health Meditation Tantra from my grandmother. She noticed that I was pale, often tired, and had some minor ailments, so she suggested that I practice this meditation method.
Actually, I wasn't very serious or enthusiastic at first, but because of my mother-in-law's enthusiasm, I would practice with her every time I visited her. Practicing like this on and off, I gradually got used to it.
During this period, I also learned a lot of insights into life from my guru. Gradually, I began to practice at home.
Over the years, I've gradually noticed some changes in myself. Outwardly, my complexion has improved significantly, and my facial expressions are more peaceful and happy. Inwardly, I find it easier to stay calm, I don't dwell on others' opinions as much, and I'm less prone to anger.
In 2001, I was diagnosed with a thyroid tumor. At that time, it was still small, about 1 cm. I had to go for checkups every six months. Because it was gradually growing (to about 3.8 cm), the doctor recommended surgery to remove it. I didn't want surgery, so I chose to control it with medication.
Under these circumstances, I began to study the Mahayana meditation health esoteric methods, hoping to shrink my thyroid tumor through meditation. I practiced diligently every day, and I hoped to see the results of my hard work in my next test report.
Indeed, my thyroid tumor remained unchanged; the fact that it hadn't grown was good news. Later, during an ultrasound, the doctor told me that my thyroid tumor had shrunk by 1 cm, which gave me immense encouragement and confidence. I believe that as long as I persevere, it will eventually disappear.
